Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow these steps:

If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged during the return process, we may not be able to issue a full refund.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not already been processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, the returns process outlined above will apply.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, you can follow the returns process and then place a new order for the item you desire.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, providing clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Used or worn items.
  • Items without their original packaging and tags.
  • Items that have been damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.
